Our verdict

Vention 20000mAh (70/100, about ₱749) and Rapoo S2002 20000mAh (69/100, about ₱579) are the two best-documented power banks under ₱1,000 on Lazada right now, and they are effectively tied. Vention tells you the watt-hours; Rapoo is cheaper per Wh and honest about slow charging.

No power bank in this guide scored above 70, because none of the listings we read shows a Philippine compliance mark, and that is the biggest single point loss. We also left out the most-sold listings that give no rated capacity or claim capacities that do not add up (see the careful-with table). This is a listing review, not a hands-on test.

We searched Lazada for power banks sorted by popularity on November 1, 2026, kept one product per brand from LazMall or brand-run shops with a price of ₱1,000 or less, read each listing and the buyer reviews, and ranked five.

₱2.41 per Wh

The cheapest variant of the most-sold listing we saw (₱89 for 10000mAh, taking the usual 3.7 V) works out to about ₱2.41 per Wh. The cheapest of our five ranked picks is ₱7.82 per Wh. We did not rank the cheap one: it has no brand set, no LazMall authenticity text on the listing and a 90% seller rating.

Prices and stock checked on November 1, 2026. Compliance marks: we looked for a PS mark, ICC sticker, DTI or NTC reference in each listing text and specification table and found none; we did not examine photos or description images and could not search an official list. We did not use or test any product unless a hands-on note says so.

mAh is not energy: what the numbers on a power bank mean

The number printed on a power bank, such as 20000mAh, is a charge rating at the cell voltage, normally about 3.7 V. Energy is what you can compare across products: Wh = mAh x V / 1000. So 20000mAh at 3.7 V is 74 Wh and 10000mAh is 37 Wh. We use the seller stated Wh where a listing gives it, and 3.7 V (marked as assumed) where it does not. Our evidence is the listings themselves and the reviews we read on 2026-11-01. It is not a lab test.

  • Wh lets you compare a 10000mAh and a 20000mAh unit on price. Two of the five listings give a watt-hour figure (Vention, and BAVIN, which writes it as W); the other three give mAh only, so their Wh is our estimate.
  • Output matters as much as capacity. A 22.5W claim in the title is not the same as a stated 18 W or 10.5 W in the specification, and we scored the specification.
  • Airlines commonly limit power banks to 100 Wh in carry-on baggage (general information; rules differ by airline). A listing that gives no Wh makes that hard to check.

NANATECH KC15 / C313 (NaNatech)Most-sold listing in the popularity sort: 44,110 ratings. No brand set in the listing, no LazMall authenticity text, seller rating 90%. Title says 20000mah, the ₱89 variant is a 10000mAh C313. 3,467 one-star ratings out of 44,110 (about 8%).Not scored: below the high-risk entry bar (no brand, no LazMall, no Wh)
EAST Powerbank (EAST ENERGY)Title claims “100000mah 800000mah”. Variants run from 10000mAh at ₱513 to 80000mAh at ₱1,597. No Wh stated, brand listed as East Energy. Not scored: safety gate. An 800,000mAh claim at 3.7 V would be about 2,960 Wh, far beyond any power bank sold at these prices, so we treat it as implausible
TMD Powerbank (TMD.MALL)Title claims “800000mah” and variants up to 50000mAh at ₱1,435. No Wh stated. Not scored: safety gate (implausible capacity claim, no rated Wh)
Rocoren Power Bank (Rocoren Official Store)20000mAh 22.5W at ₱587, 436 ratings. Warranty shown as 1 month, international manufacturer warranty. Not scored: warranty far shorter than the others; small rating base
UGREEN 20000mAh / 10000mAh (UGREEN Direct Store)Listing has only 36 ratings. 10000mAh is ₱999; 20000mAh is ₱1,214.19, over budget. No Wh in the listing text. Warranty 2 years, international. Not ranked: only a 10000mAh variant fits the budget and the listing is new; worth re-checking
Tranyoo K15 (APPO TECHNOLOGY)10000mAh at ₱859; 20000mAh at ₱1,199 (over budget). States a rated capacity of 5.2Ah at 5V-3A. Seller rating 93%; the brand field says APPO TECHNOLOGY.Not ranked: seller rating below the others; only 10000mAh fits the budget

Specifications statedCapacity per variant: 10000mAh 37Wh, 20000mAh 74Wh, 30000mAh 111Wh. The highlights give ports and outputs for the 10000mAh model only (USB-C 5V-3A, 9V-2.22A, 12V-1.67A; USB-A up to 5V-4.5A). Warranty 1 year. One 0.2 m USB to USB-C cable.
Claims“22.5W Fast Charging”, “PD 20W”, “LED Display”, overheat, short-circuit and overcharge protection (listed as features, no test or standard named).
InconsistenciesThe title names 20000mAh and 30000mAh and a long list of phone models, but the highlights describe only a 10000mAh model (FHK). The stated USB-C output works out to about 20 W (12 V x 1.67 A), which fits “PD 20W”.
SellerVention Global: LazMall authenticity text shown, 7-year store, 1.7M sold by store, seller rating 98%. Listing rated 4.9 from 4,583 ratings.
What buyers reportRead 20 of the 31 one and two-star reviews (03 Oct 2026 back to 20 Aug 2025) and the 10 most recent reviews overall. By keyword: 4 describe a unit that stopped or would not charge, 1 mentions capacity, 9 mention refunds, returns or the seller. None mention heat or swelling.
Price₱749 for the 20000mAh variant on 2026-11-01, about ₱10.12 per Wh (74 Wh as stated). The 30000mAh variant is ₱1,199, over budget.

Vention ranks first because its listing says the most that can be checked: watt-hours for each capacity, not only mAh. That lets us compute price per Wh from the seller own figure instead of assuming a cell voltage.

It still does not show a Philippine compliance mark, and the detailed output specification is for the 10000mAh model, not the 20000mAh one most buyers will choose. Treat the score as a listing score, not a hands-on result.

Why it scored well

  • States Wh for every capacity
  • Brand-run LazMall shop with a long selling history
  • Stated USB-C output fits the PD 20W claim

Watch-outs

  • No compliance mark shown in the listing
  • Output specification is for the 10000mAh model only
  • Warranty is an international manufacturer warranty, 1 year
  • Title lists models and phones beyond what the specification covers

Claims“Fast charging” (a feature tag), “original”, “safe”, “security protection circuit” (no standard named).
InconsistenciesThe listing is tagged “fast charging”, but the stated output is 5V-2.1A, about 10.5 W. The seller warns that on the S2002x model the Type-C output cannot charge a phone, which we count in its favour.
SellerRapoo: LazMall authenticity text shown, 7-year store, 617.4K sold by store, seller rating 98%. Ratings by star (5 to 1): 27,089 / 1,130 / 382 / 154 / 395.
What buyers reportRead 20 of the 549 one and two-star reviews (22 Oct 2026 back to 12 Dec 2023) and the 10 most recent overall. By keyword: 3 describe a unit that stopped or would not charge, 2 mention capacity, 6 mention refunds, returns or the seller. None mention heat or swelling.
Price₱579 on 2026-11-01 (₱569 for the Rapow-coloured variants), about ₱7.82 per Wh assuming 3.7 V, because the listing gives mAh only. Shopee match: Rapoo Official Store, ₱561 on 2026-11-01, same S2002 model, 12-month supplier warranty, rated 4.9 (628 one-star and 264 two-star ratings; we did not read Shopee reviews).

Rapoo is the cheapest 20000mAh option we ranked per Wh, and its listing is candid about what it does: slow 5V-2.1A charging, a long recharge time and a clear warning about the Type-C port on one model.

The trade-off is speed. If you want a phone to fast-charge, this is not that product, whatever the tag says. The cell voltage is assumed, not stated, so the Wh figure is our estimate.

Why it scored well

  • Lowest price per Wh of the five
  • Honest note about a Type-C limitation
  • Large rating base with a low share of one and two-star ratings

Watch-outs

  • “Fast charging” tag does not match the 5V-2.1A output
  • No Wh or voltage stated
  • No compliance mark shown in the listing
  • Recharge takes 9 to 10 hours, as stated

Claims“22.5W Fast Charging”, “LED Display”.
InconsistenciesThe title says 22.5W, but the specification lists 18 W on the Type-C port. The title covers two models (PC008 Pro 10000mAh and PC007 Pro 20000mAh) while the highlights describe only the PC007. The capacity unit is written as W.
SellerBAVIN: LazMall authenticity text shown, 10-year store, 4M sold by store, seller rating 98%. Listing rated 5.0 from 5,393 ratings.
What buyers reportRead 17 of the 22 one and two-star reviews (15 Aug 2025 back to 19 Jan 2023, so none in the last year) and the 10 most recent overall. By keyword: none describe a unit that stopped working, 1 mentions capacity, 4 mention refunds, returns or the seller. None mention heat or swelling.
Price₱863.55 (Black or White 20000mAh), ₱909 for Orange, on 2026-11-01, about ₱11.67 per Wh (74 Wh as stated). Bundles with an adaptor are ₱1,008, over budget.

BAVIN has the longest selling history of the five and the most ratings among the Wh-stating listings, and it includes cables, which the others do not.

The listing contradicts itself on charging power: 22.5 W in the title, 18 W in the specification. We scored the lower, specified figure as the one to trust.

Why it scored well

  • Built-in cables for Type-C and iPhone
  • Gives a watt-hour figure (written as 74W)
  • No one or two-star reviews in the last year in the ones we read

Watch-outs

  • Title says 22.5W, specification says 18 W
  • Capacity unit written as W, not Wh
  • Title mixes two models
  • No compliance mark shown in the listing

Claims“original brand”, “fast charging” (2.1A, no protocol named), “high quality”.
InconsistenciesThe title begins with “(powerbank original brand)”, which says nothing that can be checked.
SellerOrashare Philippines: LazMall authenticity text shown, 4-year store, 322.7K sold by store, seller rating 98%. Listing rated 4.9 from 2,520 ratings.
What buyers reportRead 20 of the 39 one and two-star reviews (19 Sep 2026 back to 04 Jun 2025) and the 10 most recent overall. By keyword: 2 mention heat, 2 mention capacity, 1 says the product is fake or not original, 5 mention refunds, returns or the seller. None mention swelling. Two heat mentions are below the three that would move a high-risk product to “careful with”.
Price₱669 on 2026-11-01, about ₱9.04 per Wh assuming 3.7 V, because the listing gives mAh only.

Orashare is a plain 20000mAh bank with a local warranty and a good price per Wh, but the listing gives the least to check: no voltage, no per-port output and no protocol.

The two heat mentions in the one and two-star reviews are worth knowing about before you buy. They do not reach our safety-gate threshold, and they are two reviews out of the 20 we read.

Why it scored well

  • Second-lowest price per Wh
  • Local supplier warranty
  • Large rating base

Watch-outs

  • Thin specification: no voltage, Wh or per-port output
  • Two of 20 low-star reviews mention heat
  • One low-star review calls it not original
  • No compliance mark shown in the listing

Specifications statedModel A110D, lithium-ion, 3 ports, built-in USB-C cable, Power Delivery, 22.5W in the title. Tags also list wireless charging, pass-through charging and a built-in wall charger. No capacity in Wh and no voltage stated. Warranty 18 months, international manufacturer warranty.
Claims“CCC Certified”, “22.5W Fast Charging”, “Durable Built-in Cable with 10,000 Bend Cycles”.
InconsistenciesThe feature tags mention wireless charging and a built-in wall charger, which the title does not; we did not check which variants have them. Only the 10000mAh variants fit the budget.
SellerAnker Global: LazMall authenticity text shown, 5-year store, 634.1K sold by store, seller rating 99%. Listing rated 5.0 from 3,485 ratings.
What buyers reportRead 14 of the 15 one and two-star reviews (10 Sep 2026 back to 24 Jan 2026) and the 10 most recent overall. By keyword: 1 describes a unit that stopped or would not charge, 1 mentions capacity, 4 mention refunds, returns or the seller. None mention heat or swelling.
Price₱926.83 (Black) or ₱955.50 (White) for 10000mAh on 2026-11-01, about ₱25.05 per Wh assuming 3.7 V. The 20000mAh variants are ₱1,455.25 or more, over budget. Shopee match: Anker Official Shop lists the same A110D/A110E listing from ₱995 to ₱1,795 depending on variant (we did not check which variant is ₱995), 18-month manufacturer warranty, rated 4.9 (28 one-star and 7 two-star ratings among about 8,900; we did not read Shopee reviews).

Anker is the best-known brand here and has the longest warranty (18 months), but the budget only buys the 10000mAh variant, which makes it the most expensive per Wh by a wide margin.

The listing is thin on the numbers we score: no Wh and no voltage. It also leans on a Chinese certification mark in its title. This is a good brand with a mediocre listing for this guide.

Why it scored well

  • 18-month warranty, the longest of the five
  • Brand-run LazMall shop, 99% seller rating
  • Few one and two-star ratings

Watch-outs

  • About three times the price per Wh of the others
  • “CCC Certified” is not a Philippine mark
  • No Wh or voltage stated
  • Warranty is an international manufacturer warranty

How to choose a power bank under ₱1,000

  • Look for the Wh (or the voltage) before the mAh. Divide the price by the Wh to compare fairly. This is general advice.
  • Check the stated output on the port you will use, not the number in the title.
  • Prefer a brand-run LazMall shop with a warranty you can claim, and keep your order details.
  • Be wary of capacities far above 30000mAh at low prices; the physics does not add up (general advice).
  • Stop using a power bank that swells, gets unusually hot or smells, and do not charge it unattended or leave it in a hot car (general safety advice, not a diagnosis of any product).

How we researched this guide

We searched Lazada (LazMall first) for power banks sorted by popularity and priced at ₱1,000 or less on November 1, 2026, then read each finalist listing: title, variants and prices, specification table, highlights, seller details and ratings. Power banks are a high-risk category in our rubric, so unbranded or unrated listings and implausible capacity claims were left out. We then read buyer reviews for each pick: up to 20 of the most recent one and two-star reviews and the 10 most recent overall, counted by keyword (the counts are approximate and we did not copy any review). Reviews can be fake, paid for or about delivery, and they did not change any score. We then searched Shopee for the same model: it has the same Rapoo S2002 (Rapoo Official Store) and the same Anker Zolo A110D/A110E listing (Anker Official Shop), so those two picks show a Shopee button beside the Lazada one. We found no same-model listing for Vention (the closest was a different 22.5W model with built-in cables at ₱1,099), BAVIN (its official shop lists a different model, the PC091) or Orashare (no O20 listed), so those picks have a Lazada button only. We did not read Shopee reviews, only the star counts. We scored them with our published rubric using the default weights: provenance and compliance 25, spec disclosure 20, claim plausibility 20, consistency 10, seller and after-sales 15, and value per Wh 10. We did not use or test any product.

Limits: power banks and portable power packs are covered by a DTI-BPS mandatory certification rule (PS mark or ICC sticker), according to a trade source we read; we could not confirm the regulation number or start date, and we could not search an official list of certified products. None of the listings shows such a mark in its text, and we did not examine photos or description images. Wh figures marked as assumed use 3.7 V. Prices change quickly and 11.11 and 12.12 prices are temporary. The Best In Davao editorial team reviewed this guide on 2026-11-01, and we have not checked the Shopee and Lazada affiliate programmes rules for this category.

Frequently asked questions

Why does no power bank score above 70?

The biggest points are for provenance and compliance. We found no Philippine PS mark or ICC sticker in any listing text, so those points were not awarded. A listing that shows one would score higher.

Is a 20000mAh power bank really 20,000mAh?

The number is the cell rating at about 3.7 V. Convert it with Wh = mAh x V / 1000 (20000mAh at 3.7 V is 74 Wh). What reaches your phone is lower because of conversion losses.

Why did you leave out the most-sold listing?

It sets no brand, shows no LazMall authenticity text and had a 90% seller rating when we checked. Power banks are high-risk, so a listing needs a known brand and a traceable shop to be ranked.

What is a PS mark or ICC sticker?

These are Bureau of Philippine Standards marks for products on a mandatory certification list. A power bank may need one. A mark on a listing is a lead to check, not proof that the unit you receive was certified.

Can I take a power bank on a plane?

Airlines commonly limit power banks to 100 Wh in carry-on baggage, and rules differ by airline, so check yours. This is general information.

Did you test these power banks?

No. This is a listing review plus a read of buyer reviews, not a hands-on test.
