Our verdict
BAVIN PC837 (67/100, about ₱215), Anker 20W (62/100, ₱295) and UGREEN Nexode 30W (61/100, ₱499) are the best-documented PD chargers under ₱800 on Lazada right now. BAVIN states the most numbers and costs least per watt; Anker has the strongest brand, warranty and rating base; UGREEN is the only one with a 30W variant.
No charger scored above 67 because none of the listings shows a Philippine approval mark (PS or ICC), and a charger plugs into the wall. We left out unbranded, cross-border and weeks-old listings (see the careful-with table). General advice: stop using any charger that gets hot, sparks or smells; follow the maker’s instructions. This is a listing review, not a hands-on test.
We searched Lazada for “PD 20W charger” on Lazada with the LazMall filter, price ₱100 to ₱800, sorted by popularity on November 1, 2026, kept one charger per brand from official or Mall shops, read each listing and the buyer reviews, and ranked four.
₱10.77 to ₱16.63 per watt
The four chargers cost between about ₱10.77 (BAVIN, adapter only) and ₱16.63 (UGREEN 30W) per stated watt. Prices were checked on 2026-11-01; cables and variants change the total.

What the watts and ports on a charger listing mean
Charger listings give a watt figure, a plug type and a list of phones, but not always the voltage and current behind the watts. We scored what each listing states and read buyer reviews separately. Our evidence is the listings and reviews we read on 2026-11-01, not a lab test.
- Watts are volts times amps: BAVIN lists 9 V at 2.22 A (about 20 W) and 12 V at 1.67 A (about 20 W). A listing that gives only “20W” cannot be checked this way.
- A phone will draw only what its own charging circuit asks for, so a 30 W charger does not charge a phone faster than the phone allows (general information).
- A charger is plugged into the wall, so a missing PS or ICC mark matters more than for a cable or a case. A mark proves a mark, not that the unit you receive is safe (general information).
What the claims on these listings actually mean
| Claim | What it covers | Key exclusion |
|---|---|---|
| “PD 20W” / “30W GaN” | The maker says it supports Power Delivery at that wattage | No output voltage levels in most listings, so it cannot be checked |
| “QC 3.0” | The maker says it supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 | BAVIN lists no QC output level; Essager lists none either |
| “Original” (on cheaper listings) | The seller says it is the genuine product | Not a brand or approval claim by itself |
| “Fireproof ABS” / “Thermal Guard” | The maker says the plastic resists fire or the unit scans temperature | No standard named, not tested here |

1. BAVIN PC837 20W PD Type-C Charger (BAVIN, LazMall)
LazadaShopee67/100
LazMall
20W
1 year warranty
About ₱215
| Compliance marks | None shown in the listing text or specification table (no PS, ICC or DTI mark). A charger plugs into mains power, so this matters. Photos and description images were not examined. |
| Specifications stated | Input AC 110-220V 50/60Hz 0.5A. Output (Type-C) 5V3A, 9V2.22A, 12V1.67A, which is 20 W at 9 V and about 20 W at 12 V (our calculation: 9 × 2.22 = 19.98; 12 × 1.67 = 20.04). Fireproof ABS plus zinc alloy plug, 42 g, white. |
| Claims | “20W PD”, “QC 3.0”, “Fireproof ABS” (material claim, no standard named). |
| Inconsistencies | The title says QC 3.0 but the output list shows only 5V/9V/12V profiles. The specification table lists Power Consumption 1-500 W and plug type Universal, which do not match a 20 W single-port charger. |
| Seller | BAVIN: LazMall authenticity text shown, about 1 year on Lazada, seller rating 98%. Listing rated 4.9 from 5,184 ratings. |
| What buyers report | Read 20 of the 42 one and two-star reviews (24 Aug 2026 back to 24 Feb 2023) and the 10 most recent overall. By keyword: 7 describe a unit that stopped working or would not charge, 1 mentions slow charging, 6 mention refunds, returns, delivery or missing items. None mention heat, sparks or smoke. |
| Price | ₱215.38 for the adapter alone, ₱413.65 with a Type-C cable on 2026-11-01. About ₱10.77 per watt for the adapter. |
BAVIN gives the most numbers of the four: input, three output levels, weight and material, and the 20 W figure checks out against its own volts and amps.
Its specification table contradicts itself, and 7 of 20 low-star reviews describe a unit that stopped working. A charger plugs into the wall, so treat the missing approval mark as a real gap.
Why it scored well
- Lowest price per watt (₱10.77)
- Input and three output levels stated
- Largest share of five-star ratings of the four
Watch-outs
- Spec table says 1-500 W, universal plug
- 7 of 20 low-star reviews describe a unit that stopped
- No PS, ICC or DTI mark shown
- Warranty 1 year, local supplier only
Strongest brand and warranty
2. Anker 20W GaN PD USB-C Charger A2348 (Anker Global, LazMall)
LazadaShopee62/100
LazMall

| Claims | “PD 20W”, “Fast Wall Charger”, compatible with iPad Pro and iPhone 12 to 15 (no tested list). |
| Inconsistencies | The title says A2348 and B2348 (two model numbers) and the table lists “gan2 20w”. Plug types list a two-pin CN plug and a US plug, which the buyer has to pick as a variant. |
| Seller | Anker Global: LazMall authenticity text shown, 634.1K sold by store, seller rating 99%. Listing rated 5.0 from 12,987 ratings. |
| What buyers report | Read 20 of the 55 one and two-star reviews (26 Sep 2026 back to 11 Apr 2025) and the 10 most recent overall. By keyword: 9 describe a unit that stopped or would not charge, 1 mentions heat, 1 mentions a spark at the plug, 2 mention slow charging, 7 mention refunds, returns or the seller. A spark report is one of 20, below the three that would send a high-risk product to the careful-with list. |
| Price | ₱295 on 2026-11-01, about ₱14.75 per watt. |
Anker is the best-backed charger here: a LazMall shop, an 18-month manufacturer warranty and a rating base of nearly 13,000.
The listing states little (no output levels or size), and 9 of 20 low-star reviews describe a unit that stopped working. One review mentions a spark at the plug; we cannot tell what caused it, and it is not repeated.
Why it scored well
- 18-month international manufacturer warranty
- Seller rating 99% and a large rating base
- LazMall authenticity guarantee shown
Watch-outs
- No output voltages or input rating stated
- 9 of 20 low-star reviews describe a unit that stopped

3. UGREEN Nexode 30W / 20W GaN PD Charger (UGREEN Official Store, LazMall)
LazadaShopee61/100
LazMall
30W
2 year warranty
About ₱499
| Compliance marks | None shown in the listing text or specification table (no PS, ICC or DTI mark). Photos and description images were not examined. |
| Specifications stated | 30 W (variant 30W), 20 W GaN variant, input 100-240 V, one USB port, GaN II chip, foldable plug, thermal protection described; warranty 2 years (international manufacturer). No output voltage levels listed. |
| Claims | “30W”, “GaN”, “Real-Time Protection” (temperature scanning 800 times a second), “0-55% in 30 min” for an iPhone 14 Pro Max (a maker figure, not tested here). |
| Inconsistencies | The title says “30W 20W”, and the lowest listed price (₱339) is the 20W variant, not the 30W. A “For iPhone 7-14” variant at ₱1,011 is a cable set. The page says the 30W variant is ₱499. |
| Seller | UGREEN Official Store: LazMall authenticity text shown, about 2 years on Lazada, seller rating 99%. Listing rated 5.0 from 10,335 ratings. |
| What buyers report | Read 20 of the 42 one and two-star reviews (10 Jul 2026 back to 24 Dec 2023) and the 10 most recent overall. By keyword: 3 describe a unit that stopped or would not charge, 2 mention heat, 9 mention refunds, returns, delivery, or a wrong or missing item. None mention sparks or smoke. |
| Price | ₱499 for the 30W charger alone, ₱339 for the 20W on 2026-11-01: about ₱16.63 and ₱16.95 per watt. |
UGREEN is the only one here with a 30 W variant, which suits a phone and a small tablet, and it carries the longest warranty (2 years).
The title mixes 30W and 20W, and the cheapest variant is the 20W. Many low-star reviews are about a wrong or missing item, so check the variant and what you ordered.
Why it scored well
- 30 W variant and a 2-year warranty
- Input 100-240 V and thermal protection stated
- Only 3 of 20 low-star reviews describe a unit that stopped
Watch-outs
- Title says “30W 20W”; cheapest variant is 20W
- Highest price per watt of the top three
- 9 of 20 low-star reviews are about wrong or missing items
- No PS, ICC or DTI mark shown
Cheapest GaN, thin listing

| Seller | ESSAGER Official Store: LazMall authenticity text shown, 997.6K sold by store, shop age shown as 3 months, seller rating 98%. Listing rated 4.9 from 1,433 ratings. |
| What buyers report | Only 13 one and two-star reviews exist; we read 10 (28 Oct 2025 back to 25 Feb 2023) and the 10 most recent overall. | Price | ₱272.44 to ₱311.60 on 2026-11-01 depending on plug and colour: about ₱13.62 per watt at the lowest price. |
Essager is the cheapest GaN charger in the set and it has a LazMall shop with a large sales count.
The listing states almost nothing beyond 20 W and a model number, the warranty is 3 months from an international seller, and the shop is listed as 3 months old. That is why it ranks last.
Why it scored well
- Lowest price for a GaN charger (about ₱272)
- Large sales count and 1,433 ratings at 4.9
- Several plug types sold
Watch-outs
- Only model number and 20 W are stated
- Warranty 3 months from an international seller
- Shop age shown as 3 months
- No PS, ICC or DTI mark shown
How to choose a phone charger under ₱800
- Choose by watts your phone can use, not the biggest number (general advice).
- Look for output voltages and amps in the listing, and a PS or ICC mark where shown.
- Buy from the maker’s official or LazMall shop and keep the order details for the warranty.
- Stop using a charger that gets very hot, sparks, or smells of burning (general safety advice).
- Check which variant you are ordering: cable sets and different wattages are priced differently on the same page.
How we researched this guide
We searched Lazada (LazMall first) for “PD 20W charger” on Lazada with the LazMall filter, price ₱100 to ₱800, sorted by popularity on November 1, 2026, read each finalist listing: title, variants and prices, specification table, highlights, seller details and ratings. We then read buyer reviews for each pick: up to 20 of the most recent one and two-star reviews and the 10 most recent overall, counted by keyword (the counts are approximate and we did not copy any review). Reviews can be fake, paid for or about delivery, and they did not change any score. Phone chargers are a high-risk category in our rubric, so a listing needed a known brand sold by its official or Mall shop; only four met that bar. We scored them with our published rubric using the default weights: provenance and compliance 25, spec disclosure 20, claim plausibility 20, consistency 10, seller and after-sales 15 and value 10. We then searched Shopee for the same models and found a matching listing for all four (linked as a second option; we read price, shop, warranty and star counts but not the Shopee reviews). The Anker and UGREEN Shopee listings are the same model family but may differ in variant, so check the exact option before buying. We did not use or test any product.
Limits: we could not search an official PS or ICC list, and none of the listings shows a mark. We did not examine photos or description images, so a mark shown only in an image would not appear here. A charger’s real output and safety were not tested. Prices change quickly and 11.11 and 12.12 prices are temporary. The Best In Davao editorial team reviewed this guide before it was built, and we have not checked the Shopee and Lazada affiliate programmes’ rules for this category.
Frequently asked questions
Which phone charger under ₱800 scored highest?
BAVIN PC837 scored 67/100 on its stated numbers and price per watt; Anker 20W (62) has the strongest brand and warranty. None shows a Philippine approval mark.
Do I need a 30W charger for my phone?
Not necessarily. A phone draws what its own charging circuit allows, so a 20W charger is enough for most phones that support 20W (general information).
Is it safe to buy the cheapest unbranded charger?
We could not recommend one: unbranded chargers on a mains plug have no traceable maker and no warranty. Our picks are branded, sold by official or Mall shops.
